What you send us

When you send a booking request or feedback through this site, we receive your name, phone number and anything else you choose to tell us (email, city, pool type, preferred time, your message). We use it only to reply, to schedule and to do the work. We do not sell it.

Live chat

The chat bubble is provided by Tawk.to, a separate company with its own privacy policy. What you type in the chat goes to Tawk.to and to us, so we can answer you.

Measurement

This website uses Google Analytics to count visits, calls and texts from the site, booking requests, and use of the tools, so we know which pages help people find us. It uses cookies. It never receives what you type into a form. You can block cookies in your browser, or opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on.

Tools on this site

The savings calculator, the chemistry quick check and the weekly routine checklist run in your own browser. Ticks you save on the checklist are kept on your device only and are not sent to us.
