Booking questions

## Booking questions

### How do I get a service quote or book Pool School?

Send the form on this page and pick what you need, or call or text the number above. We text back to confirm a day and time at your home. Nothing is charged online.

### Where do you work?

At your pool. We serve Lakeland, Winter Haven, Bartow, Plant City, Auburndale, Mulberry and the rest of Polk County, plus surrounding Central Florida areas.

### How long is a Pool School visit?

About 90 minutes at your equipment pad, plus a few minutes to place the valve labels and hand over the kit and guides. A service quote visit is quicker: we look at the pool and the pad and text you the price.

### What should I have ready?

Nothing special. Access to the equipment pad and the pool, and any questions you have been saving up. Bring your current chemicals if you have them.
